About Us
Established in 2017, MYSHON is a national Intensive Housing Management, Asset Management and Advisory company with a specific focus on Specialist Supported Housing, Supported Housing and Affordable Housing.
MYSHON was formed to create sustainable operating platforms to facilitate lasting partnerships with Investors, Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Charities within the Specialist Supported Housing (SSH), Supported Housing (SH) and Affordable Housing (AH) sub-sectors.
We’ve helped shape the new Intensive Housing Management landscape by assisting our partners nationally, and have successfully embedded ourselves in social housing sub-sector accommodation frameworks, whilst continuing to provide robust, scalable operational services nationally.
As a company, we support a variety of tenant cohorts. This can range from people with acute complex needs, to people at risk of homelessness or general needs, affordable housing.
For whichever tenant cohort we are managing, our housing teams understand that every person needs a tailored housing plan and we take pride in delivering the highest quality service possible.
Myshon provides a plethora of sector specific services to our partners, including but not limited to: Intensive Housing Management, Hard and Soft Facilities Management, Affordable housing Management, Reporting & Monitoring Services, Advisory and Asset Management.
